Backup HD offline

Family desktop computer started to fail with corrupt windows. Already own 2 laptops so really do not have a need for our XP desktop. Pulled HDs out and using a SATA-to-USB hookup to back up all of the files since I can’t login to a corrupt windows. Backed up all data EXCEPT for the passworded ADMIN account. Anybody know how to access this folder from a passworded folder/account when offline and not logged in as admin on this drive/account?? HELP!
