Backup in Windows Me

Help. Can anyone who has the time and patience PLEASE tell me step by step how to do a back up on to a cd? I have Windows Me installed and I have CD Creator installed I would really really appreciate it so much. Oh and also if possible how to restore it from the CD back to my computer
