Backup under Norton RescueDisk

My Win98 computer won’t boot much past the splash screen. Norton 2001 RescueDisk works. I can then run MS Backup, but only to Floppy. It uses the Zip drive. Norton uses the Zip drive.
While under Norton, can I install a Parallel Port Zip drive and backup to it? How? How about my CD burner?
