Backup User Domain Accounts

I am about to replace harddrives in a Windows NT4 Server, which is the one and only PDC/server on our network. I am content to reinstall everything, as I am looking forward to a fresh install. However, I would prefer not to recreate by hand every DOMAIN user account I have setup. Anybody know the proper way to archive/backup that information so it can be reloaded latter?
