backup using ntbackup

dear friends
i am facing one problem,i cannot backup files through ntbackup.exe in tape drive,it is asking for put new meadia(tape),i cannot use media before which i used to backup.is there any solution for this,same time i tried veritas(eva) in this server its working fine.can u help me.
