Backup WINS database is greyed out

I’m running WINS on W2k SP2. I’m trying to manually backup the database to \winnt\system32\wins\backup, and then schedule to backup. I’ve right-clicked the server, chosen Properties, selected the backup location, and selected ‘backup on server shutdown’. Now I need to manually backup the database. I right-click the server, but I can’t select the ‘backup’ option from the rt. click shortcut menu.

Why is the option to ‘Backup Database’ greyed out?
