backupexec remote agent troubles

We’ve rcently upgraded to Exchange 2000. Due to this we had to upgrade our backupexec 8.6 server to win 2000 as well in order to backup exchange. Since then we’ve experienced several problems. Our nightly differential backup hangs on our sql cluster’s shared disk and we have one win 2000 server where the remote agent for backupexec absolutely refuses to function once it’s installed. Any thoughts?
