Banner Ads inside IE – valueclick

Overnight I was running MorpheusPE with Morpheus Pop Up Ad Killer as well. When I returned to work in the morning, IE now suddenly has a hidden banner frame at the top of my IE screen. It does not matter where I go, Intranet or Internet, but everyIE window open has it. The ad is from valuelick advertising “Casino on Net”. The coding looks like this:
