batch file for CHKDSK on a NT 4.0 server

Does any one have a batch file or script all ready written and willing to share, for Win NT 4.0, that will allow me to run a chkdsk from task scheduler or the batch file and log the results if any errors were found or not. I know that the schedulerhas a view log under the Advanced menu that just gives the event code. I would like to hear any ideas or experience?s with this type of thing. I am new to batch files. Thank you
