Batch File to Map Network Drive

I am configuring a computer running Win 98SE for two individuals who work for the same company who need to work for home occasionally via a dialup connection. For certain applications to work, each must map to their personal directory on the companyserver as a “U” drive to make their remote applications access and store data. Because both individuals are not very computer literate, I would like to create a batch file to map their personal drives and not reconnect next time they logon. Does Window 9x contain a DOS command to enable me to do this?
