BDC Installation

I am trying to install a BDC on a different site. I can ping the PDC I want to connect to, but I cannot connect/join the PDC during the installation. Please note that the Domain I want the BDC to join has got DNS server, whereas, the current location where the BDC is going to be has not got a DNS server. How can I do this? Please any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
