Best 3D compatible system

HellO!
I need some help concerning the best 3D Compatible PC.
I am a professional 3D Designer and Animator, i do animations on a very high level.
I am going to buy a new system this week, i need some of your advices about the PC, please advice about the configuration for my new pc.
