Best Trend Analysis

Please I need more Idea , I am not comfortable about the structure of Trend Analysis on Call and Issues tracked with Remedy Helpdesk Software. The structure I am using now looks like this;
1. A table with issues counts
2. Detail explainination on high occured issues.

Please I am sure there might be a better one – I need an assistance.
