best way to image a win2k server partiti

I have a windows 2000 server that is needs a bigger hard drive. I have one physical drive and it is partitioned into two partitions C and D.
What is the best software to use so I can image Partition C to it’s own physical drive and Partition D to it’s own also? I know about ghost but I’ve been told it does not support server, is that true. I just want to create an image of the current drive and place the data in two bigger drives. Any help would be apprecciated.
