Bios

I was updating my Bios and it didn’t go well I went by the manufacture’s instructions. Now all it does beep beep burp burp no video at all the light on A: drive comes on and tries to read the disk that has the bios version on but still nothing the M/B is a gigabyte P3 socket 370 has a 600 mhz intel cpu on it I e-mailed gigabyte an they gave me some stupid answer all ineed to know is how do I reinstall the bios
