bios changes

hey any one can help me here,i have windows xp professional , to make use of unlimited broadband usage i had activated the rtc clock(in BIOS)to start the computer automatically when my free usage will start. At first it worked fine, but i needed to start the windows xp without admin logon directly so that my dowload manager can start automatically and i dont have to wake up at 0200 hrs in the morning, Also when i hibernated it, windows and download manager without logon started but it did not show the downloading program o the screen but showed only the logon screen. But still i had to come at 0200 to click my mouse on the logon button. While this was a problem another problem has creeped up now recently, i could not change the RTC time in my BIOS setting simply because when i press DEL button at start up computer does not go to setup but goes to windows startup screen directly. Del button does not seem to work at startup . I have a MErcury SIS board with following details
keyboard seems to be good.
