BIOS flash Failed

I followed instructions and flashed the BIOS on a Toshiba Tecra 8000 laptop. After the flash it failed to reboot. I have done it again and still failed to boot. I have reconfigured with original CD (W95) which reformatted the HDD, but it fails atthe splash screen. It freezes and will not go further.
Can anyone help me recover this computer?
