BIOS password Lock up

Yeah, my aunt used my IBM Thinkpad A30 and now it’s completely locked. She says she thinks it was a virus. (I Think she was just being a dumbass) 😀 But can anyone tell me how to fix this. Thanks alot. I can’t get passed the Password Prompt.
