Blank Screen on Boot

I have a server that gives me a blank screen with a flashing cursor on the top left hand corner.
The server will boot OK from an NT boot floppy I created, but fails when it is removed.
I have tried FDISK /MBR with no success and was wondering if anyone had any ideas…
