blinking cursor on black screen – NT

I installed NT on a box and after boot-up all I get is a black screen with a blinking cursor.

The OS Loader seems to boot, then I get the blue screen with Windows NT and the RAM, but after that it goes to the black screen and cursor.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
