Blue Bar 100% stuck on T41 IBM Thinkpad screen

Hi can anyone help me i have a blue bar stuck on my screen with 100% on it and a black big star on the right and a little black star on the left

It is driving me mental it just appeared and i have no idea how to get rid of it it is right in the middle of the screen and i cant see anything
