Blue screen

I have this problem coming up for past few days. Every time I try to delete the files in recycle bin the system crashes with coming of the blue screen. It gives the error in event viewer as a bugcheck with numbers as 0x00000024 (0x00190201, 0xf85b5784, 0xf85b55c0, 0x80206f3d)

and a full dump was not saved.

Any help will be appreciated.
