Blue Screen crash in W2K Professional

by john . Updated 24 years, 4 months ago

I have W2k Professional and I’m using AOL v 6.0
I keep getting the Blue Death. The screen shows
STOP and a series of several long numbers such as, 0x00000000, 0x81800008 etc. then
MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS….’beginning dump of physical memory’. On restart Win message sas one of your hard disks should be checked for consistensy, then shows disk info and says that it has repaired umpteen faults. The problem seem linked to AOL, but AOL reject this. This fault often creates the necessity to uninstall then reinstall AOL v6.0 I crash several times a day.
