Blue Screen of death

Well heres the long and short of it.

Got a new compaq deskpr EN. hooked it up fired it up and set up my network IP.
Restated the box and got a stop 0x0000001E
went to uncle bill’s K/B and found a Query #Q165814. My question is how do I corect the Issue when all the software that came with the unit is on CD?
