BLUE SCREEN W/ASUS MBOARD

I have found that my Asus a7v333 mboard gives me blue screen when I use memory slots 0 and 1 – but when I use slots 0 and 2 I have no problems – has anyone else had this problem and how did they resolve it – I have 1 GB of memory
