bmeb.dll – WinME

Hi,

Not sure if someone can help on the problem I’m having with WinME.

OS loads okay, but when you want to open anything that involves using Explorer (e.g. IE, My Computer, Control Panel etc) I get an error relating to bmeb.dll

Does anyone know what this dll file is associated with?

I’ve tried running virus scans etc, but I can’t even open a search box to look to the troublesome dll.

If anyone can help I would be over the moon! Just being able to look at the wallpaper is really getting on my nerves.
