Boot Disk for USB JumpDrive

I have a W2K PC that has a corrupted OS thanks to numerous viruses and the actions of an uninformed user. I’d like to copy off data files to a Lexar USB JumpDRive before making any attempt to repair/reinstall the OS. Is a Boot disk available that would support the JumpDRive?
