boot disk info

I am attempting to get a look at Lindows.
Seagate offers a trial. I downloaded it, but
to actually boot the OS, you must burn it to CD
that is a bootable disk. It is necessary to include the boot data from a boot disk to achieve this. I am using Win2Kpro, so using the first of the four boot disks for win2kpro just looks to setup win2kpro. I suppose all I need to do is get to a DOS prompt. This, I’m not even sure about.
The question is: where can I download a raw boot disk, and what must I do to get it to show me this OS when I get to the DOS Prompt?
