Boot Sector scan on a restricted Win 200

If you have a Win 2000 pc with a restricted user account. How can you get Norton 2000 to scan the Master boot records. I do not want to give the user admin. access to run Norton then have to restrict them again. Is there a way to give Norton 2000 Administrative access so it can run on a schedule?
