Boot up

I just installed a Asus A7N8X-X motherboared w/AMD XP2800. I used my hard drive from my old machine with WinXP Pro. New case w/400 watt power supply. Well the problem is it won’t boot to the OS. Just keeps booting to the to the start up sreen?
