Boot with Emergency System Disk

I finally have an Emergency Boot Disk for Windows Millennium with a host of additional files that may be needed. If someone could please give me the step-by-step procedure of how to use the Emergency Boot Disk and have it start my system. I had the problem of “System Disk Error” after downloading a McAffee VirusScan Update – which caused me to not be able to load Windows ME. Thank you.
