My office is having a high end desktop pc for testing purpose and the following devices are connected. The OS installed is windows 2000 professional, a day before during booting i am getting a message called
” disk boot failure, insert disk “, the bios
is not shown the existing hdd and others, immediately i have opened the CPU, disconnected
the primary ide hard disk power and re connected.
the system is working fine after that, what could be the possible reason, requesting all to mail me
the reasons or tell whether i have to take any precautionary measures. expecting your earliest reply in this regard.
