bootlock?

after missadjusting my bios in setup and saving it , my computer will not even enter post. I recieve a BOOTLOCK acomponied with a decreasing dual tone. I have tried clearing the cmos and removing the battery for a long time , but still BOOTLOCK. Please help me I don’t think the board is really fried and I would like not to buy a new one.Is there a way to enter the bios w/o post? Or anything else I could do. THANKS
