Brand new Dell keyboard

Hi there, we’ve just bought a brand new Dell Desktop with Windows 2000. We’ve received the keyboard with the “quote” and the “@” sign swopped. Is there a quick fix to swop these two back again so that the “@”-key is actually the @ sign and not the quotes!
