Break NT workstation admin password

Greetings to all,
Recently my WinNT workstation administrator password was changed by somebody and now I unable to login to my workstation, I can’t reinstall WinNT because in side the harddisk some of the program I still need it. Can anyone help meto solve this problem. The workstation is WinNT 4.0 with SP6.
