Broadband connection issue

I have an ATT aircard which ceases to function properly when the laptop is joined to the domain. It will acquire a dhcp address etc and the connection manager shows connected and is sending but I am receiving nothing. It seems as though it is being blocked but I’ve checked popup blocker, group policy, anti-virus, and firewall. That doesn’t mean i haven’t missed something on any of those. Any suggestions ou there?
