Brother Intellifax 680

I have a discontinued Brother intellifax 680 being used in one of our commercial departments. It is in need of reprogramming and I can not find any documentation support from manufacturer. I have a ticket open to program it to sound a tone when itruns out of paper. Does anyone have knowledge or a manual for this model?
