A user seems to be having trouble opening a URL in Netscape. She gets an error, ‘page cannot be displayed’… she can copy and paste the URL to IE and it will open. How can she have NetScape as her main browser vs. Internet Explorer? I know she can check the preferences in Netscape Navigator to specify the home page location, but she wants all of her links to be opened up in NetScape automatically. What are we doing wrong?
