Browser Error from Another Server

I have just added another BDC Server to our network. This server is newer and some what faster then our PDC.

When ever I boot the New (BDC) Server up about every 1/2 hour while the server is running I get an error. When I view the error in the Event Viewer it says.

The browser has reveived a server announcement from the Computer “our PDC” that beleives that is is the master browser for the domain on transport Netbt_EI90x1. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.
This again happens every time I boot it or ever 1/2 hour. The server was set up as a BDC.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
