Browser Hijacker

I’m dealing with a browser hijacker. The homepage on IE changes to a page that wasn’t selected as the homepage. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I have gone through the registry, deleted all cookies, temp files, internet temp files, and I found a program that I deleted with add/remove. I don’t know what else to do.
