Browsing across routed domains

I have two domains in two different physical networks, connected via a multihomed NT4 server acting as a router. My question is this, can I use WINS to allow browsing across the “router” so hosts in one domain (and network) can see hosts on the other domain (and network). I am aware that I can do this if there is only one domain as I could simply put a BDC in each netowrk. But can I do it with two domains as well? Currently I am enabling brwsing using static WINS entries, but I would like this to be dynamic. Any help much appreciated.
