Browsing from another subnet?

I have 2 subnets on one physical wire…192.168.190.0 and 192.168.181.0. We have grown in size in that we are now overflowing from our 190 net and using 181 addresses. The 9x users on the 181 network cannot see the rest of the network (which is mostly on the 190 network). I have file & print sharing turned on. Is there something else that I am missing?
