Browsing Windows network

I can no longer browse my home network of Windows 98 and NT computers with one of my laptops(Win98). I can ping both out to other computers and I can ping the laptop from several computers and I see the laptop in Network Neighborhood. I just can’tbrowse from the laptop. I can find computers on the network from the laptop but I can’t open them. All computers are on the same network IP schema and in the same workgroup. Any ideas?
