Building a trust relationship

Hi,
I have a windows nt4.o(pdc) @ our headquarters. And I have a windows 2000 Server w/active directory at another branch in another state. I would like to build a trust relationship between the two domains. I’m extremely new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
