Building my 9th Custom computer, but this one’s not working.

Okay, I’m not a complete newbie, just very close. I’ve built 8 custom computers for myself and my family, and I did a little trouble shooting for some of them, but I got them all there relatively easily. This one though is not going. I’ve got a “PCChips P17G Motherboard – V1.0, Intel 945GC, Socket 775, MicroATX” and a “Intel Pentium D 925 3Ghz DT 800FSB Socket 775 processor” along with “Dual Channel Supported 667MHz DDR2 ram” (Which had been used in a previous computer, but works fine.) Anyway, now that I have it assembled when I turn it on, the harddrive light comes on and stays on. The fans span, but that’s about as far as it goes. Not even pressing the Num Lock will toggle the Num Lock light on and off. I don’t even get a boot code. Honestly, it’s like the ram is not reading. At least in my mind. Anybody else have an opinion?
