business computerization

I have been meeting with CEO of several comapnies and the question that seems to crop up in the informal discussions is “why should a business computerise”. There are the obvious answers like cost savings, efficiency etc.

My question here is, what reasons should a consult give the CEO as reasons for computerising apart from the very obvious ones taught in colleges.
