Bypassing personal settings

I am trying to set up DHCP through a login script, (which works), with this script, I have to logon as a specific user, which is the first time this user logs onto the workstation. I am trying to see if there is a way to avoid the personal settings setup to kick off, therefore saving a great deal of time.
