Cable DSL Router

I am trying to setup a Netgear Gateway Router on my Win2000 Server, I am unable to connect to the Internt with the clients. Help Please

1) Turned off DHCP on the Netgear
2) DHCP is working on Win2000 Server
3) IP Range 192.168.15.1 to 192.168.15.254
4) Excluded range 192.168.15.1 to 192.168.15.10
5) Server IP 192.168.15.2
6) Scope Options I have
044 Wins/NBNC, 046 Wins/Nbt, 003 Router, 006 DNS
Router IP 192.168.1.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0

Any further suggestions
