calculator/word Dr watson

I am having a calculator/Word 2000 Dr Watson problem.
This happens under Windows NT and Windows 2000 running Office 2000 with Service pack 6 on the NT machines. It happens as user and administrator.
Listed below are the steps:
Open Word ? Open Calculator
Go back to Word/Tools and open labels and envelopes.
Go to the labels tab and click on label
Click on Label information (this allows you to custom size labels)
Go to the calculator (no need to input anything)
Go back to label
This is when we are getting the Dr Watson. (every single time)
It is consistent on all machines we have tried these steps on.
I have consulted TechNet with no results.
