Call-back dial issue in Windows 2000

We have a Shiva RAS Server. Last time, when we had been using Windows 95/98, we can use the Call-back dial feature provided the Shiva box. But right now when we already has been using Windows 2000 professional, we could not use the call-back featurefor its dial-up connection. So, what should we do in order to us can utilize the Shiva’s call-back dial feature in Windows 2000 professional?
